With the COVID restrictions in place, it was not possible to hold the Annual HR Conference. Instead, FHRD organised an online seminar to discuss the main challenges encountered due to the pandemic. The seminar consisted of three main parts. The presentation of the 2020 HR Pulse survey, a virtual panel, and an international speaker concluding the event. It also served as an introduction and launch to the 2021 HR Conference titled HR 2021: Beyond the Pandemic, scheduled for October 22nd 2021.
