Empowering Fairness: AI, Pay Transparency, and the Future of Work is a practical seminar for HR professionals on what the EU Pay Transparency Directive will mean for Maltese employers. It explains the key legal obligations and grey areas, and shows how pay transparency can be used to strengthen HR practices through clearer job design and more consistent pay structures. The programme also includes a demonstration of a guided tool that simplifies job evaluation and pay reporting, followed by a discussion on responsible use of technology in recruitment, promotion and pay decisions. The seminar closes with a panel on how organisations can build fairer and more transparent workplaces.
