About the Survey
The inaugural Malta Annual HR Survey was conducted by FHRD in 2026 to better understand the challenges, priorities and future readiness of Malta’s HR community. The survey received 160 responses, predominantly from senior HR professionals representing organisations employing 50 or more people. The survey offers valuable insights into the key issues facing HR practitioners and employers in Malta, particularly in larger organisations, including talent recruitment and retention, HR’s strategic role, technology adoption, and preparedness for the future of work.
