This accredited programme goes beyond the ‘how to’ of coaching, equipping participants with sound knowledge and judgement to recognise when and how to adopt an effective coaching approach. In addition to helping leaders build their coaching competence, this programme places coaching in the context of a leader’s wider responsibilities. Combining coaching theory with real-life examples, the aim of the course is to enable participants to form their own links between theory and practice and gain confidence in their coaching abilities as they learn. The programme delves into the neuroscience of coaching as well.
