On Friday the 4th of May, FHRD will be hosting the second of this year's planned HR Fora.
Today’s employee-driven labour market has created critical HR challenges for Maltese organisations: where to find the best employees, how to attract and retain key talents, and how to build top performing teams that last? As local unemployment rates rapidly decrease and shortages of workers surge, the traditional organisation-centred approach is no longer effective. The only options remaining for company executives and HR practitioners are to instantly adapt to the changing circumstances and to seriously rethink the HR strategies adopted. This practice-focused HR Forum will address the above challenges and allows for a better understanding of today’s workplace priorities. By digging deeper into the concepts of staff retention, employee motivation and team building, the underlying key elements are revealed and shared in the context of today’s reality.
This event will be run by Herman Zandt, management executive and business consultant backed by 15 years of international experience. As Certified Workplace Facilitator (Wiley) and dual accredited Business Mediator (CEDR/MTI), Herman guides organisations, teams and business individuals through their various HR challenges faced within the ever-changing workplace.
The event will be held on the 4th of May, at 15:00hrs, at the FHRD's Training Centre. Parking at Tigne' Point will be available complimentary.
As always, HR Fora events are exclusive events for individual and corporate members and are at no cost. For those interested in attending kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org
