TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

    HR Quality Mark Event 2020   

 
-   All guests must book their place online.
-   Bookings will not be confirmed until the required fee has been received by FHRD. 
-   Use a separate registration form for each guest attending.     
 
 

Fees:  

Registration fees (excl. VAT) are as follows:  
 
          FHRD members    €125 per person
          Non-Members       €145 per person
          Participant Fees     €95 per person
 
A discounted price is being offered to companies booking a table of six.  Call 21313550 or email us on events@fhrd.org for further information.  
 

Cancellations/Refunds:   

Once you have purchased your ticket, they can only be refunded as per below:  
 
-   Up to 26th March, 2020: 30% refund   
-   There will be no refunds after 26th March, 2020.
-   Extraordinary circumstances involving illness or death of an immediate relative, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
-   A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from ALL refunds.         
 
 

Payments:  

 
All registration fees must be paid in EURO currency for all the below methods:        
 

1. Online:        

Online payments are to be made by using either of the below methods:      
 
-   Online card payment processor service; or             
-   PayPal money transfer.      
 
 

2. Wire Transfers:         

 
Details are as follows:         
 
Receiving bank: BOV        
Beneficiary: Foundation for Human Resources Development

All wire transfers should indicate the following information which is to be included as description or email us on events@fhrd.org      
 
-   Reason for wire transfer     
-   Company Name / Delegates        
 
Example: HRQM2020 XYZ LTD.          
 
Do not forget to write FHRD Malta as the final beneficiary.        
 
The deadline to receive the wire transfer payment is 30th April, 2020.                  
Bank charges to be set as SHARED (the sender will pay fees charged by the sending bank). The amount inputted should exclude the Bank charges.          
 
 

3. Cheque payments: 

In order to be eligible, payments sent by Cheque should be issued to ‘FHRD’ and must be received at FHRD’s offices 5, Clock Tower Building, Tigne’ Point, Sliema TP01, Malta by not later then 30th April, 2020. 
 
After this date on-line payments will be accepted.       
 
 

Liability Disclaimer:  

FHRD shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, losses or damage to private property. Delegates are advised to arrange their personal insurance for the duration of the Conference. 

At the time of registration, FHRD provide the most recent information available and the guests accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of FHRD.

FHRD will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. FHRD reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

FHRD reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. 

FHRD reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you or any of its users. We may add to, change, delete or end our or your use of the service at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons.      

 

Photography: 

Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional material related to FHRD events and training provision. Images taken during the event may be used,  but not limited to,  in various social media platforms, print media and website.  Please note that by registering for the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any FHRD promotional materials.      
 
 

Registering With This Website:  

By registering, the participant gives consent to FHRD to process the data provided within the framework of the conference. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the event and for the drafting of a list of participants which will be used at the conference during registration.   Once you register, if you agree, your email address will be added to the FHRD’s mailing list and it will not be passed on to any third parties unless specifically indicated.
