Ms. Claudine Attard, is a Senior Manager within PwC’s People and Organisation Practice with over 15 years of consultancy experience relating to human resource matters. She was a member on the FHRD board during the period 2015-2019. Between 1998 and 2005, Claudine worked as a consultant with Management Efficiency Unit - Government’s in-house management consultancy organisation within the Office of the Prime Minister. During this period, Claudine worked on numerous human resource related assignments including organisational reviews and restructuring exercises of Government departments and entities, training needs analysis, and the development of a family friendly measures framework across the public sector. Since joining PwC in 2005, Claudine's HR work for both the public and private sector included HR function effectiveness reviews, organisational design, workforce planning, development of performance management frameworks, salary and benefits design, and capacity building studies. She believes that this experience and exposure to the latest HR practices will enable her to enhance the contribution she is making on the FHRD board and to the HR profession in Malta. Claudine holds a Master of Science in Organisational Change and Development from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Management from the University of Malta.
