Strong knowledge in Learning and Development, Talent Management Processes, HRIS and LMS Systems; and Business Partnering Skills. Design and development, delivery of learning & development interventions and evaluation metrics. Setting up and managing virtual and physical Corporate Universities/Learning Academies . Designing and Developing Talent and Leadership interventions that target capability and performance opportunities.
